These terms govern your use of abbusinessfunding.com and the related pages and tools operated by AB Funding LLC ("AB Funding," "we," "us"), including the application, pre-qualification, AB Connect status pages, and the Dealer Portal. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
AB Funding LLC is a commercial finance broker based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are not a bank or a lender. We arrange equipment financing and other commercial credit for businesses through third-party lenders and funding sources. Credit approval, rates, and terms are determined by those lenders and are subject to their underwriting requirements.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to lend. Pre-qualification results, payment estimates, rate tiers, document lists, and any figures shown by our tools are estimates for illustration based only on the information you enter. They are not a credit decision. Actual rates, terms, payments, and approval depend on a completed application, the equipment, and lender review.
Our services are for business-purpose financing only. You agree that information you submit is accurate and complete, that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named, and that you will tell us promptly if anything changes. Submitting false information may result in denial and may violate law.
By completing forms on this site you agree to receive documents and communications from us electronically and that your electronic signature, where requested, has the same effect as a handwritten signature. You may request paper copies by contacting us.
Access codes and private links we issue are for the business or dealership they were issued to. Keep them confidential and do not share them outside your team. We may change or revoke a code at any time. Dealer Portal views show deal status, approved terms, and documents outstanding on transactions the dealer referred; they never display lender identities, buy rates, or compensation.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting automated or fraudulent form entries, attempting to access another party's information, interfering with the site's operation, or copying content for commercial use without permission.
The site, its text, graphics, logos, and tools are owned by AB Funding LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business use in connection with a financing request.
The site links to third-party services such as our scheduling tool and LinkedIn. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB Funding LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on estimates it displays. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
