AB Funding LLC ("AB Funding," "we," "us") is a commercial finance broker located at 300 N Dakota Ave, Suite 513, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. This policy explains what information we collect through abbusinessfunding.com and our related pages (AB Connect status pages, the Dealer Portal, and our application, pre-qualification, and contact forms), how we use it, and the choices you have. We arrange financing for businesses; this site is not directed to consumers or to children under 18.
Information you give us. When you apply, request a pre-qualification, request a dealer portal link, book a call, or contact us, you may provide business information (legal name, entity type, EIN, address, time in business, industry, revenue), owner and guarantor information (name, title, ownership percentage, contact details, and, on a full application, date of birth, Social Security number, and home address as required by lenders), the equipment or financing you are seeking, bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, invoices, and other documents you upload, and your electronic signature and the date and time it was applied.
Information collected automatically. Our pages record standard technical data such as pages viewed, referring source, browser type, device type, approximate location from IP address, and advertising click identifiers (for example a Google Ads click ID) so we can tell which campaign brought you to us. We use first-party analytics beacons and may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, which set cookies.
Information from others. Equipment dealers who refer you may give us your name, business, equipment, and contact details. With your authorization on a full application, lenders and credit bureaus provide credit reports and related information. The pre-qualification tool on this site does not pull a credit report and asks for no phone number or email address.
We share information with lenders, banks, leasing companies, and other funding sources to obtain approvals and fund transactions; with the equipment dealer who referred a transaction, limited to the deal status, approved terms, and documents outstanding on that transaction; with service providers that host our website, store documents, send email and text messages, schedule calls, and provide analytics and advertising measurement; with credit bureaus and verification services as authorized on your application; and with authorities when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
We use cookies and similar tools for analytics and to measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google's personalized advertising, visit Google's Ads Settings. Our pages do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Forms are submitted over encrypted connections and documents are stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep application records for as long as needed to arrange financing, service a funded transaction, and meet legal and lender record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify them.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, stop text messages by replying STOP, and ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We will honor requests subject to our legal and lender record-keeping obligations. If you are a California resident, you may also request the categories of information we have collected and shared; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
